Remove Short cut virus in an easy way............

Normally when a virus infects a windows system which causes a drive opening problem, it automatically creates a file named autorun.inf in the root directory of each drive. This autorun.inf file is a read only ,hidden and a system file and the folder option is also disabled by the virus. This is deliberately done by the virus in order to protect itself. autorun.inf initiates all the activities that the virus performs when you try to open any drive. 

Click on "Start" -->Run --> type cmd and click on OK. 

Here I assume your flash drive letter as K: 

Enter this command. 

attrib -h -r -s /s /d k:\*.* 

You can copy the above command --> Right-click in the Command Prompt and 

paste it. 

Note : Don't forget to replace the letter k with your flash drive letter. 

Now press "Enter". 

Now check for your files in Flash Drive. 

U see that the files are separated as the original files and the short cut files.

Delete the short cut files and keep ur original files............................enjoy
